Nancy is executive vice president for the Arts at Willow Creek Association, focusing on serving arts leaders and their teams in churches around the world. Previously, she served for 20 years as the programming director for Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. She continues to serve as a teaching pastor at Willow Creek and speaks often at conferences and training events. She is also the author of An Hour on Sunday and the newly released Gifted to Lead.
Culture is rapidly changing. How does this affect us as arts leaders both in the church and community? How can we lead up and influence in a changing creative culture?
